What is a shark? A shark is nothing other than a bad customer. We can recognize him by the following characteristics: he is never happy with your service provision, your invoice, your hourly rate and always thinks that you are stealing from him. Is the shark bad? The answer is no. In my opinion, no one is really bad in life. Why then is the shark attacking you? Simply because he is NOT a good client for you. You are doing him a disservice by doing business with him. Do you want to help him? Tell him to find a new supplier, cheaper, with better invoices and cheap software. If that’s what he wants, stop persisting with him, he will never be happy with you. You persist in selling a product that the customer does not want. Basically you are guilty of wanting to convert it to your business model. Do you want to be profitable? Remove the sharks from your organization. They make you lose money. It is better to approach a new client and give them time at no cost than to continue doing business with a shark. The day you understand this, your organization will become profitable. Why give your energy to people who don’t like you? You are hashtag#superstars as Ian Lajoie Performance Coach would say. You are a star of a future client, stop going through the ordeal of someone who doesn’t like you. Give your energy to the people who love you. đ§č Clean up your customers every year. Eliminate those who constantly dispute your bills and who don’t like you. Itâs like in a relationship, when it no longer works, we separate! I still get fooled, even after 21 years because I try to love everyone but it’s not possible. You have to pull the plug when it draws too much juice. I hope my text will help young entrepreneurs.
